FYI my change to osstest to fix this is in osstest's own
self-push-gate.  It will hopefully clear that overnight, although it
depends on the amount of load.  After that, new runs of osstest's
rumpkernel tests will pick up the change.

So there will be another run or two of osstest's rumprun-xen failures
which report failure.

I'll keep an eye on things.
