(Dropped xen-devel, this is mostly rumprun-xen specific)

Thanks to all for the feedback and review.

I have added some commits to the PR:

  - Renamed "xr" to "rumprun-xen".
  - Added support for static IPv4 configuration
  - Added options to rumprun-xen to allow setting the domain name and
    memory allocation.
  - Added -lrumpnet_config -lrumpnet_net -lrumpnet to
app-tools/specs.configure.in, needed by the rumpconfig module.

The following changes/requests were brought up by others:

  - (AK) Add support for read-only mounts / filesystem options.

    TBD - I don't think this is a blocker given I have implemented cd9660
support. And I'm lazy to do the extra parsing right now :-)

  - (JC) Add IPv6 support, support for specifying which dom0 bridge to use,
support for setting netdev MAC address.

Feel free to implement it; I don't have a working IPv6 setup in my lab
    to test with.

The following issues remain with the current code:

  - Deconfiguring netdevices is disabled for now as the underlying
netconfig implementation is not finished. (TBD: file an issue)

Given that no one has spoken up with "no, no, this is all wrong!", this
looks like a good starting point to merge?

I would consider the "rumprun-xen" script status as "playground, in flux"
for now; there will be more changes which may include a review of the
syntax if we find that the current one is not sufficient for everything we
want to do with it, or if we decide to reimplement it in something less
hairy than shell :-)
