Not every source file but appears to be every file which includes cdefs.h.
I haven't grep-ed the tree to verify my hunch but a fresh compile generates
several screens' worth of the warning.

Good to know. If I can't figure the issue out shortly I'll switch to a
known working Linux flavor and give it another try.
