Wei, I have applied your v2 patch to xen.git#staging and queued it for
backport to 4.5. (4.4 doesn't have this code at all.)
The osstest patch was pushed earlier. With luck all of this will
result in an osstest pass of the rumpkernel branch some time in the
forthcoming days (although we do need to wait for pushes on
xen-unstable and osstest).
