Hi, This week Martin Lucina pointed out that to complete the last leg of his RAMP stack work, C++ support is required. We've been hacking away at the quite considerable amount of gunk that is required to compile and run C++ programs.
There's now initial support in rumprun-baremetal for compiling and running a C++ hello world -- sounds trivial, but apparently nothing is trivial with C++. There are still some remaining issues with getting all of the intricacies right, but we're getting there. Incidentally, if someone claims to know the ins and outs of C++, especially from the perspective of platform support, please drop by irc. - antti ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dive into the World of Parallel Programming.
