I've marked a preliminary set of bugs in the bug tracker with the tag
'self'. You can see them via this search:

This is in no way complete, but I think most of those are either
actually-blocking or sufficiently annoying that we're very likely to
have to fix them if we're going to make much progress on rustc.
Unfortunately, none of them are particularly easy :(
