They're not labels. There are milestones in the bug tracker. They're
called milestones, disjoint from labels.
The maturity milestones are all named "maturity #N - ..." such as:
maturity #2 - backwards compatible
maturity #3 - feature complete
maturity #5 - production ready
and so forth. None of them have associated dates.
The predictive milestones are named by release numbers, such as "0.7",
"0.8", "0.9", etc. and will have definite dates (quarterly).
