Hi - The plan is to open source the driver when we have something that we feel offers some basic but useful level of functionality. If all goes according to plan, that should be sometime later this summer. 10gen typically licenses driver code under the Apache License 2.0.
We are really excited about this project, and we are looking forward to working with the Rust community. All of us are new to the language, so we will be learning as we go. Thanks, Andrew On Fri, Jun 7, 2013 at 7:09 PM, Benjamin Striegel <[email protected]>wrote: > Sounds very cool.
