I borrowed the code of pcwalton’s work queue on servo.

But I am confused about how it will be used in syntax i mean it can be like 
green and use `green:start` or it can be dependent on the systems processor 
count to run in background in every task. It might be not in the every new task 
also maybe we can use task for it smt like task pool(java does like this 
ForkJoinPool). For now I don’t what to do and where I have to start with.

More important than the name of the library, I think, is the shape of  
the API that it offers. There is some prior work in Servo and also I  
have been tinkering with some designs. I was hoping to write a new  
blog post with my latest thoughts in the next day or so but you can
