Count netbsd lucky again, as I just verified that kqueue is broken on
freebsd 6.2. Not as badly as on darwin, but it also either fails to report
events on ptys, or reports events that aren't there (continously) (the
magic enter key toggles between the two states...)

While on the surface, this is surprising (as the kqueue implementation in
netbsd was originally taken from freebsd), it is consistent with other
bugs I found on freebsd in the past, where netbsd just worked when freebsd
didn't.
