Hello. I joined the list specifically to see if anyone could give me some idea
as to why the following doesn't work.

I've found that selections supplied by GTK apps using code such as the
following example on their devel site:

http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk-tutorial/stable/x1875.html

...simply won't paste into a urxvt terminal with the middle mouse. These
selections will paste into any other terminal I've tried (uxterm, aterm,
konsole, etc), but when middle clicking in urxvt it never seems to even signal
the GTK app to request the selection.

The reason I ran into this is because I've used wmcliphist (a GTK clipboard
history program that uses similar GTK selection code) for quite some time and
would like to switch from aterm to urxvt because of the unicode support.

Any ideas as why that doesn't work? Thanks in advance.

Tom
