Dear folks,

I am trying to work on http://bugs.debian.org/481123. The problem is
that urxvtcd immediately returns after communicating to the daemon
thread that the user wants a new window.

This is unlike the interfaces of all the other X terminal emulators,
which do not return control to the calling process until the window
is destroyed. As a result, using urxvtcd with software like mutt or
firefox, which delete temporary files when the handling process
returns, causes problems.

Can you think of an easy and clean way to extend the protocol to
make the client wait until the window spawned is destroyed?

Thanks,
