Is it possible to permit urxvt to use the boldfont/boldmorphing of ansi-bold, if and only if no ansi-colors are set, and otherwise just use the normal font?
I like bold font on default-colored text, and I like that applications can "reach" the upper 8 (so-called bright) colors by setting bold+lowercolor. But I don't like those colors to be in bold font, and I guess that usually the application is just trying to reach upper 8 colors, not trying to render bold face (and truly rendering uppercolor in bold is not possible anyway with normal ansi-codes, right).
