Aparently the tabbedex extension modifies @urxvt::TERM_INIT to prevent itself from loading for child instances. I modified the extension to allow customizing the blacklisted extensions

Again, as I said, I am not even sure it works. If it doesn't, then you
can't use kuake together with tabbed.
