Greetings, I'm on a FreeBSD box, and installed Aterm the other day. I couldn't help but notice that there was no Aterm icon within the Window manager's (Xfce[1]) menu, or on the task bar. Only some generic icon. So I (wrongly?) blamed the WM. But upon closer examination, I discovered that Aterm didn't come with an icon. So I "lifted" one out of one of the screenshots of AfterStep, at http://afterstep.org/. Well that made an icon show up within the WM's menu. But the taskbar still showed the generic icon. Given that Xterm does show an icon in all the expected places, I wondered why Aterm didn't. So I thought I might take the advice on the Aterm web page, and start using urxvterm. But again, I see there is no icon. I also see someone else had a similar question[2]. So, if I am looking to create, and add an icon for use within a WM, for rxvt-unicode. Aside from the creation of the icon, how can I get it to display properly?
Thank you for all your time, and consideration. --Chris [1] Xfce http://www.xfce.org/ [2]http://lists.schmorp.de/pipermail/rxvt-unicode/2013q4/001889.html _______________________________________________ rxvt-unicode mailing list [email protected] http://lists.schmorp.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rxvt-unicode
