Looks like your input method hanging, waiting for some external event -
try without it, and you'll likely see that it won't hang.
You should report this to the maintainer of your input method, it
shouldn't reorder events or hang, obviously. urxvt is completely at the
mercy of xim - if the input method hangs or reports keypresses in trhe
wrong order, urxvt has no other option than to hang too.
