Gary,

I don't think it's appropriate to contact rxvt-workers about Bub's
X-less Cygwin for NT.  It's too different from anything rxvt-workers
could be expected to look at.

You might have better luck getting help from the Cygwin Project at
<http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/>.  That's where you'll find others
using Bub's rxvt port (like me).
