bug when compiling on OSF1 V4.0 1229 alpha

When compiling 2.7.5 on an alpha, OSF4.0, i ran into a problem:

init.c: In function `rxvt_get_ptytty':
init.c:1285: `tty_fd' undeclared (first use in this function)
init.c:1285: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
init.c:1285: for each function it appears in.)
make: *** [init.lo] Error 1


the fix is trivial, and a patch is included.
