Thanks, it's really a bug in rxvt, introduced with the support for
PRIMARY/SECONDARY/CLIPBOARD pasting and INCR pasting.

You may be more likely to see it if you configure'd with --enable-languages

I've put a patch into CVS but it has not been tested on many platforms yet.
There's a code snapshot currently available (you need yodl if you want/need
to build the docs) here (and should be available for a week or so):
