This is because I couldn't get GStreamer to produce streamable MP4 files just-in-time yet. For a working AAC transcoder please use 0.15.x or backport the important details from http://git.gnome.org/browse/rygel/commit/?id=7aeb69c42ab5e08035073de3a944445fc15cd3ef > Could you kindly help to explain the detail function of the files above? The hacks files have nothing to do with transcoding, they contain work-arounds for several devices, like remapping mime-types, change device description versions etc. The -transcoder files are creating instances of the respective class transcoders (audio/video), sometimes doing a little bit more than that by altering the resources added to the items. _______________________________________________ rygel-list mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/rygel-list
