I expect you run tests with ./run_tests.sh.

If you don't have Docker, the script automatically skips tests which 
need Docker,
so you don't have to care about it.

However, there is one test which needs Internet connection,
and the way to skip the test is not provided.
As a result, ./run_tests.sh will output like "errors=1",
but you can ignore it because it is the expected result.
