Off course, Ryu can control the bandwidth by using QoS functions!

This document shows examples of QoS application.
You can know how to control the bandwidth with OpenVSwitch from this
document.
("QoS by using Meter Table" is not supported by OpenVSwitch,
so you should try "Example of the operation of the per-flow QoS" and
"Example of the operation of QoS by using DiffServ".)
