Hi ,
In ryu/topology/switches.py I see that to get the topology information RYU
uses LLDP? Doesn't OpenFlow itself have provisions that enables Controller
to learn about the switches and topology
using messages such as
EventOFPPortStatus
EventOFPSwitchFeatures etc.
If yes, why use LLDP?
