Possible causes are: - dhcp-agent is not working normally Please check dhcp-agent.log. - tunnel port is not installed A tunnel port on br-int on compute node and network node is not installed correctly. Please check br-int by "sudo ovs-vsctl show". (Note that a tunnel port is added when it was necessary. so a tunnel port will not be created until an instance is booted on compute node.) - flow table is not correct The flow table on compute node and/or network node is not set up correctly.
