hi,
I need to know how to add-flow if you have only one datapath id. it mean
lets suppose you have 7 switches connected and
from first packet in you will het source and desination address. from that
you can find the shortest path between source and destination. lets suppose
it will be x=[1,3,5,7]
now you have all switch id that you have to add-flow. but my question is
how to add-flow. remembering that there is loop and not I haven't use STP.
I tried to implement like that
when pkt is arp:
take src_ip and dst_ip and map them to get switch id. that will be source
and destination.
now, find the shortest path,x=[1,3,5,7]
and I have no idea what to do after that.
I tried ,
for i in range (len(x)-1):
ev.msg.datapath.id=path[i]
but it doen't help.
Please let me advice how to add-flow on that scenario.
