I agree it's more ideal to implement it as a standalone daemon because I'm
suffering from the full of hub queue when running in-app bfd as well as
lacp and lldp in large-scale networks, but I still implemented bfdlib upon
company's request. Please go ahead. :)

btw, as the RFC requests, how about checking ttl value?.
