[Ryu-devel] Issue in ryu.services.protocols.bgp.bmp.py

Hi, team

Please let me share a result which I’ve tested ryu.app.bmpstation.py.
I’ve confirm “timestamps” of BMPRouteMonitoring looks incorrect in ryu_bmp.log 
as attach. 

(1) BMPPeerUpNotification
-> timestamp=1419540815.870563 (Fri Dec 26 05:53:35 2014)

(2) BMPRouteMonitoring
-> timestamp=1419573216.0 (Fri Dec 26 14:53:36 2014)

Could you please fix this issue in ryu.services.protocols.bgp.bmp.py.
