This messages shows that the dpid of switches are duplicated.

mininet derives dpid from the switch name.
 eg.) If switch name is s1, mininet set dpid as 1.

In your topology, dpid of switches may be duplicated.
 eg.) switch: aaa1 -> dpid: 1
      switch: top1 -> dpid: 1
