Hi FUJITA,

I'm doing 11.3 Example of the operation of QoS by using DiffServ for
practice from the ryubook and i would like to know what are the extra code
that i can delete in the original "rest_qos" to make it compact. What are
the code which ONLY NEEDED to do "11.3 Example of the operation of QoS by
using DiffServ"
