you can use OFPActionSetField
for example:
actions = [ofp_parser.OFPActionSetField(eth_dst=new_mac_address,
ipv4_dst=new_ip_addr), ofp_parser.OFPActionOutput(1)]

I know that in POX by using EthAddr() and IPAddr(), but I don’t know that in
