Instead of putting "enable_plugin networking-ofagent https://git.openstack.org/openstack/networking-ofagent" in local.conf do you think it could be possible to install networking-ofagent in remote ryu server and then enter "ovs-vsctl set-controller br-int tcp:ryu_address:6633" in each compute node in order to have one single agent managing all compute nodes ?
