Dear Iwase,
I wanted to build ryu into a *.deb first and then install from the deb . I
need to do this as i want to make changes in ryu source and re-compile the
code.
I followed the steps as given in Building Ryu packages for Ubuntu 14.04

I think if i install it like you suggested($ sudo python setup.py install),
there will not be any issue. However i need to re-compile the code.
