If do you not exist "/usr/local/etc/openvswitch/", please try to run the following command. $ mkdir -p /usr/local/etc/openvswitch If you have failed to remove the "/usr/local/etc/openvswitch/.conf.db.~lock~". "/usr/local/etc/openvswitch/.conf.db.~lock~" is a lock file of DB,so no problem.
