Please disregard my thread. It was a typo error (I used
set_ev_cls(ofp_event.EventOFPTableFeaturesStats, MAIN_DISPATCHER) instead
of set_ev_cls(ofp_event.EventOFPTableFeaturesStatsReply, MAIN_DISPATCHER) )
