That’s a very nice point to consider the Neutron plugin in the OpenStack. My 
task is to investigate the different algorithms & messages used by the 
implementations of the ‘distributed control plane’. In the future, is there any 
plan for Ryu to implement the distributed functionality as in OpenDayLight or 
ONOS?
