Hi,
Unfortunately, OpenFlow protocol does not define the way for the switch
to inform alive controllers that the primary controller is disconnected.
I think you need to make a connection between controllers,
let the primary controller to inform other controllers when it is
disconnected with the switch,
and then, let one of the controllers to send the Role Request Message to
become MASTER.
