I apologize if I'm not posting in the right section, I wasn't sure.
I'm trying to develop 2 applications that need to talk to each other. By
looking at this<https://sourceforge.net/p/ryu/mailman/message/34755164/>
example I see that I have to install the applications:
python setup.py install
Can anyone explain me what does it do? Is it necessary in the developing phase?
