You are using the OpenFlow version 1.3, right?
"ryu/app/simple_switch.py" supposes the OpenFlow version 1.0, then you should
use "ryu/app/simple_switch_13.py" instead.
To confirm which version a Ryu application supports, please check "OFP_VERSIONS"
attribute on each application class.
