Dear support team, 1. Yes I have enabled openflow 1.4 on ovs 2. Yes the matching flows are there (if you look at dump-flows at the end of my previous email) 3. Yes there is only one switch in my network on gtp_br0. But there are more than 10 other Ryu apps running other than my simple one (none of them handles EventOFPPacketIn events).
