Thanks for the Answer. Yes, i have a BGP session (peering) with other ASes
in the other links (one different AS per link). I realized that when i
announce a prefix, this prefix is announced only in the first link but the
others not. These links are operational because the ASes exchanges BGP
messages and i can ping from one to another AS.

Answering the second question, i need do advertise a prefix through all
links to attract as traffic as possible. It makes part of a strategy i
building to counter attack a BGP Hijacking.
