Hello list, it is a real pity, the Christmas 2016 addressing of the "Dr. Problem" was really bad, and the fix that caused v14.9.6 (2017-12-05) was incomplete, as was the test; i had fixed two but missed one (iconv related) function call.
v14.9.8 on Monday will hopefully and finally restore the full MIME capability for headers. (And i have yet stated that tests are added for all fallouts encountered since some time?) (And v15 will parse an address once, and only once (on input), and then use object.to_wire() and object.to_display() as appropriate. No more, no less. Not over and over and over again.) Apologies.
