No, there is yet no possibility to paginate the output of `help' aka `?' as well as `~?' (in compose mode). These are carefully written to fit in 24 lines, and if you forgive me saying, should thus fit well in any terminal in practical use for decades. They also are nothing but an excerpt of commands (`~?' states that even), meant as a quick reminder, and therefore cover some widely used commands. You will see the same approach with command line option -h. Commands are often complex and interact with variable settings, and looking into the manual is often not avoidable. Having said that, being able to give a "|" on the command line and actually force a redirection, for example like ? help | ! less would be a cool thing to have and might possibly work at some time in the future, for a subset of commands. But i do not think that possible pagination via the *crt* algorithm will be applied to `?' or `~?', no.
