Guys, Most of you have seen (perhaps several) articles covering Gil Freitag's Stony Creek and Western elaborate layout here in Houston. Houston RR clubs promote the hobby by having a month long parade of open houses where everybody is invited. Gil's layout is generally open around Thanksgiving and everybody is then thinking about Christmas. One elderly lady asked Gil if he had a lot of trouble setting up this layout every year for Christmas! Another commented about how hard it must have been to drag those heavy boulders (scenery) up to his layout room! Bob Werre BobWphoto.com
