Basically true, although AM offered to make a California Zephyer with 2 dome cars per car set (not apppealing to eastern modelers since dome cars are fairly rare in the east, especially on those electrified PRR and NH sections! So how do you get rid of TWO dome cars you don't want?
OTOH, it appears the proposed resin sets offered in several configurations have not reached the critical 50 reservations a set either.
