Steve, I concur with Sam. Send that puppy to the Des Plaines Valley group for service. You won't find a more dedicated bunch of guys willing to sacrifice their time to insure that all lights work correctly, hey, we'll even make sure that if you put it in forward that's the direction it will go. We should caution you that if Chuck West gets near the engine it could be returned weathered as well as having the decoder installed.
