Tolono, IL is Don Heimberger's home town. It's about half-way between 
Chicago to St. Louis and near Champagne/Urbana. It's a junction point on NS 
(nee Wabash) & CN/ IC RRs. More than likely the steam loco was Alan 
Pegler's "Flying Scotsman" on part of its tour of the U. S. back in the 60s.

Tolono is quite a busy place for a one-horse town. More info on train

Also there are buttons at the bottom of the page for railfan sites listed 
by state plus a lot more information, i. e. radio frequencies, good spots 
for photos etc.
