Wayne Riggle produced the Regal line of freight car kits back in the 60's. Bob Ristow, as Wisconsin Central Supply, continued the Regal line in the 70's and added to it. A Soo Line stock car kit comes to mind. Bob was also a mail order dealer for other producers of that era. I can't help with the plans. I don't think I ever bought the mill gon kit.
