If this building is styrene--or any other material for that matter--I'd
try to applying some Krylon white primer first. Then, once the primer is
totally dry, apply the finish coat---again, I prefer Krylon because it
sticks to just about anything, is durable, and is water-proof. Yes, guys,
water-proof! I have done wooden boats for the g-kids that actually float
after mulit-coats of Krylon gloss finish.
