"The Second Diesel Spotters Guide" lists the owners of the RSD units. D&H is not on the list and then PRR #8446-8451 are listed for the RSD-5. This doesn't answer the antenna question but I'm reasonably sure D&H didn't have the RSD's on their roster. IIRC the first six axle Alco units they owned were the C-628's.
