The BTS kit on eBay appears to be an excellent buy. All the pewter parts have been soldered which is good. The alignment of parts looks good and side-rods and valve gear appear to be all installed.. It looks like all is left to do is drilling holes and sticking on the details - no soldering required. I built one of these and think it makes into a great model.
I don't know anything about this particular offer - and I have no connection with the seller - but the price is right if it is as described.
